Welcome

Welcome to the Blackboard Student Support Web site. Blackboard is a Web-based application where you can obtain course documents and communicate with your instructor and fellow students.

To obtain access to Blackboard 6.1 you will need to login to the CSUF portal at http://my.fullerton.edu

Are you having problems?

If you are having problems with Blackboard 6.1 you can use the following resources:

  1. If you cannot access Blackboard using the portal please contact the Help Desk at (714) 278-7777.
  2. If you cannot find the class after you login to Blackboard 6.1 you need to contact the instructor and confirm that the Blackboard course site was made available in the system by the instructor.
  3. If you are having problems using the features enabled by the instructor, you will need to contact the instructor for instructions. You can also use the documentation link to learn how to use the features.
