Obtaining Access to a Course

In order for students to obtain access to a Blackboard course Web site, students will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Connect to the Internet.
  2. Use either the Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 Browser or Mozilla Firefox. Mac users are advised to use Mozilla Firefox. Do not use the AOL browser or Opera.
  3. Go to http://my.fullerton.edu.
  4. Login to the portal using the username and password.
  5. Click the Blackboard Tab.
  6. Click the button "Click Here to Access your Blackboard Classes".
  7. Go to the My Courses module and click the course name link to access the class.

Note: If you do not see the class listed under "My Courses", please contact the instructor. The course site could be unavailable or you may not be enrolled. It takes 24 - 48 hours for the enrollment information to be updated in Blackboard.
