Welcome to the Blackboard support Web site at California State University, Fullerton. To access the Blackboard Learning system, faculty and students need to use the University's portal.

Faculty and students who do not have a username and password to access the university's portal, will need to contact the help desk by email (helpdesk@fullerton.edu) or by phone (657) 278-7777

The Faculty Development Center offers training, consultation and support to faculty who would like to learn how to use the Blackboard Learning System. Please visit our current workshop schedule for available dates and times.

The Information Technology Help Desk can provide assistance to students who cannot access a Blackboard course Web site using the portal. However, if you have questions about the features in the Blackboard Learning system, you will need to contact your instructor.
